The Vision

Our Berry Lettings division required a workspace that would reflect our professional standards while creating an environment where our team could efficiently serve both landlords and tenants. We envisioned a modern, functional office that would impress clients visiting for meetings whilst providing our staff with the tools and environment they need to excel.

The brief was ambitious: create flexible spaces for both collaborative work and private client consultations, integrate technology seamlessly throughout, and ensure every element reflected The Berry Group's commitment to quality and innovation in property development and management.

Bespoke Design Solutions

Working with our Urban division, we developed comprehensive solutions that showcase the capabilities within The Berry Group portfolio. Our in-house expertise allowed us to create truly customised elements that perfectly matched our operational needs.

Custom Workspace Design

The centrepiece of the transformation features bespoke desks with distinctive curved birch plywood legs - a design element that required precision CNC manufacturing combined with expert hand-finishing. These elegant workstations provide our team with ergonomic, technology-integrated spaces that support productivity while making a strong visual statement about our attention to detail.

Integrated Office Kitchen

Our Urban team crafted a sophisticated kitchen area in Taupe Grey that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. The design includes an innovative integrated printer drawer—a bespoke solution that maintains the clean lines of the space while housing essential office equipment. High-quality soft-close mechanisms and thoughtful cable management ensure the space remains both beautiful and practical.

The kitchen features solid surface worktops selected for durability in our busy office environment, complemented by a contemporary tinted glass splashback that adds sophistication while ensuring easy maintenance.

Custom Banquette Seating

To create comfortable meeting spaces for client consultations, we incorporated custom banquette seating manufactured by Urban. Using high-density foam cushioning and commercial-grade upholstery, these seating areas provide both comfort and durability - essential for the high-traffic nature of our lettings office.
