The works included a double storey extension, a complex loft conversion and bringing a derelict outbuilding into use. The most challenging aspect of this project was the loft conversion - with king and queen trusses to navigate and remove in order to achieve the required layout, it took a total of 17 RSJ’s and multiple steel columns to provide the required support to ‘open up’ the loft space. All in all, a great project that provided 19 tenants with a high end living space.
