As managing director, Sam overlooks all aspects of The Berry Group and ensures strategic plans and policies are implemented successfully in all sectors of the group. Routinely, Sam will focus on all projects from tendering and contracts, all the way through to project handover, team management, developing company relations and working closely with our accounts team ensuring fluidity throughout the group.

Following a previous career in football, 2015 saw Sam start his investment journey in property doing flips. Fast forward a couple of years and between Sam and his partner Sarah they had a successfully grown investment company (Berry Housing Investments LTD) as well as the start of the construction team in 2020 which has grown significantly.

Sam appreciates communication, understanding and attention to detail are key to continue achieving the high standards we are attaining whether that be in house or with our external clients and investors.

Within the Berry Group, Sarah carries out of a variety of responsibilities from managing the property portfolio, overseeing the lettings team and working closely within our investment sector onboarding and maintaining relationships with our investors. Marketing and general business admin are also amongst Sarah’s duties.

Previously working as an Asset Management Surveyor, Sarah’s background lends her to a wide knowledge of managing properties and having also worked with clients on industrial and mixed use sites Sarah has experience on these projects from contract negotiations through to practical completion.

Alex works together with our Managing Director Sam on the overall day-to-day operations and objectives, and supporting and accelerating growth for the construction company, as well as taking responsibility on financial and contractual matters on our projects.

Over the years on his experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Alex has worked from main contracting, sub-contracting, and client-side perspectives on a variety of projects within schemes such as volume housebuilding, commercial to residential, new build student schemes, assisted living and general refurbishment.

Alex is involved in all stages of a project. From feasibility, estimating, negotiation, procurement, delivery and up to final account. Alex is a firm believer that building relationships and working collaboratively is the key driver to deliver a successful project; ensuring all information is delivered efficiently and accurately.

Lewis is responsible for managing suppliers, negotiating rates, and the planning/ordering of materials and subcontractors labour for The Berry Group projects. After graduating with first class hons. in 2011 in Building Surveying, Lewis gained vital experience in surveying for two years before moving on to various management roles over the next 5 years with National Builders Merchants. Swapping to life on the 'other side of the counter', Lewis moved into procurement and has been involved in projects ranging from a value of £1000 up to £2.5m and is able to demonstrate practical application of problem solving skills on site, and assist with the successful delivery of your project on time and on budget.

Tom is responsible for the running and delivery of the projects at Berry Construction. Having a background of delivering projects for diverse clients from private individuals and blue chip companies, he possesses the knowledge and knowhow to accurately plan and deliver projects of all sizes.

His time is split between the office desk and being out on site ensuring the correct balance between planning, delivery and communication.

His attitude and ambition is matched by The Berry Group and is proud to be a part of the team building a portfolio of projects to be proud of.

Lee has valuable experience in project management, successfully completing a variety of projects in fit-out & refurbishment schemes. Past clients include Wren Kitchens, Loughborough University & Tesco. His career has also included a role delivering internal projects at Leicester City Football Club, focusing on stadium and training facilities enhancements.

Lee's daily focus is on project delivery, ensuring projects adhere to the agreed upon timelines & budgets, all while managing our supply chain & meeting the expectations of our clients'.

With experience in project coordination, facilities management and procurement, whilst previously working for groundworks & capital works specialists, Jess now plays a pivotal role in supporting our Project Manager's whilst actively contributing her insights during pre-construction phases.

Jess takes pride in her exceptional organisational skills and adaptability, ensuring that our projects progress seamlessly, driving success in every project we undertake at The Berry Group.

Leeven brings more than twenty years of Architectural experience to Inco, having worked on a diverse range of projects in sectors including residential, leisure, healthcare, commercial and conservation to name a few.

His role includes overseeing all aspects of a project's stage, from leading initial conceptual design, securing planning, right through to construction drawings and the delivery and final execution of a build.

Having worked with market leading companies, Leeven prides himself on the level of service given to the client, working with them closely to ensure their aspirations are met, managed and exceeded.

Leeven’s passionate and pragmatic approach to Architecture aims to blend innovative design with practical functionality so that projects meet budgetary constraints, regulatory requirements and ultimately delivering spaces that inspire and endure.

Working alongside INCO’s project managers, quantity surveyors and other consultants within the company, Leeven aims to develop the Architectural division so that it continues to build upon the high standards and reputation the company has already set.

Mia joined us in 2021 as our lettings manager and now works for our newly formed lettings company ‘Berry’s Letting & Management’. Mia carries out a variety of tasks from onboarding and managing tenants, rent collection, advertisement and deals with all maintenance issues within our property portfolio.

Mia’s background has always been within customer service and she is able to implement the acquired skills she’s gained over the years to ensure all tenants are satisfied with the service we provide.
